Manchester United is set to decide on the manager Erik ten Hag as the season review is near an end. Amid mounting pressure on manager Erik ten Hag on his future despite an FA Cup win over rivals Manchester City, Sir Jim Ratcliffe holds a talk with Thomas Tuchel. According to DailyMail, while there has been no decision on the manager's position yet, many potential suitors for the managerial post at United have met Manchester United officials.

Erik ten Hag had a poor outing during the season, both domestically and in Europe where they crashed out of the group stages. Mounting pressure over a dismissal league performance and various disciplinary issues in the dressing room, Erik ten Hag is set for a tough review to ascertain his future at the club. The latest meeting with Thomas Tuchel will mount even more pressure on the United man.

According to German Journalist Christian Falk of BILD Sport, Thomas Tuchel met with Sir Jim Ratcliffe, the new Manchester United shareholder last Tuesday in Monaco, to discuss potential strategies if Tuchel were to replace Erik ten Hag as head coach. During the meeting, Tuchel outlined his plans for addressing United's current challenges, specifically mentioning players like Jadon Sancho and Mason Mount. He highlighted his previous success with players of great potential, using Antonio Rüdiger as an example of how he has helped players return to peak performance.
