Christopher Nkunku has been the standout player for RB Leipzig this season. According to stats from Transfermarkt, he has scored 13 goals and provided 12 assists in 20 appearances across all competitions for the German club.

And it is not just in domestic competition that the versatile Frenchman is shining. Far from it. In fact, he has been even better in the Champions League, scoring more than a goal a game till now this season, including a hattrick against Manchester City.

As a result, it is not hard to see why some of the biggest clubs in the world are being linked with the RB Leipzig star.

Still just 24 years of age, the sky seems to be the limit for Nkunku. The talent has never been in question with him and this season, it appears that everything has fallen into place and the results have been sensational to say the least.

If there was one player that Manchester United should try to sign from Ralf Rangnick’s former side, it might very well be Nkunku.

Amadou Haidara

One area that Manchester United need to improve in is their midfield. Nemanja Matic is 33 years of age and no longer in his prime. On the other hand, questions have been raised about both Fred and Scott McTominay.

One RB Leipzig player who could end up solving Manchester United’s problems in the middle of the park though is Amadou Haidara.

The 23-year-old has been a regular for RB Leipzig for quite some time now and has impressed for the Bundesliga giants to say the least.

It is safe to say that there are some very bright prospects at Ralf Rangnick’s former club, who could prove to be great signings for the Red Devils. Now, it remains to be seen if they end up making a move for any of them.
