If the latest reports are true, Manchester United could be about to sign their very own Mohamed Salah in the summer transfer window.

Over the past few years, Manchester United fans have had little to boast over their arch rivals, Liverpool. However, one thing that the Red Devils do have over the Merseyside based club is Mohamed Salah’s poor record against Man United.

The Egyptian is undoubtedly one of the best forwards in the Premier League, yet despite his prolific nature, Salah has struggled to find form against the Red Devils.

In five games the Egyptian has managed just a single goal or assist.

Despite his poor form against United, Mohamed Salah has undoubtedly transformed the Reds since his arrival at Anfield. His presence has taken the club from competing for the top four to fighting to win the Champions League and Premier League.

More from Red Devil Armada

Salah has been a revelation at Liverpool and one of the club’s favourites. Man United fans will have watched his success with a bitter taste in their mouths. They have been yearning for an arrival of that magnitude for over a decade, but it seems they might not have to wait much longer.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could be signing his very own Mohamed Salah in the summer.

The Red Devils have been heavily linked with a move for Jadon Sancho in the summer transfer window and there are some clear similarities between Salah and Sancho.

Just like Salah, the Borussia Dortmund’s winger initial stint in England had been an unsuccessful one at Manchester City and Chelsea respectively.

Jadon Sancho instead made a similar venture to Salah and proved his worth by playing abroad.

In Germany, just like Salah had done in Italy, Jadon Sancho has been able to mature his craft as a player.

Jadon Sancho has gained the vital first team experience he needed at a high level and has thoroughly impressed in the process.

The England international has been one of the standout performers in the Bundesliga over the past couple of seasons.

Jadon Sancho oozes quality and he is clearly ready for Premier League action.

At Man United he will be joining a side that is well suited to his style of play and where he could thrive.

Salah was the missing piece in the puzzle for Liverpool in attack, Jadon Sancho could be the very same for United.

One thing for sure, a trio of Sancho, Rashford and Martial could certainly challenge the current Liverpool attacking trio as one of the best in the world.
