Manchester United will battle Premier League rival for world class star
By Bence Bocsak
Manchester United will still be in the race for the world class star despite spending a hefty fee on Bruno Fernandes in January.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has set out a clear plan as Manchester United boss. He wants the Red Devils to return to where they belong and topple the domination of Liverpool and Manchester City.
His task has proven to be an arduous process so far at Old Trafford. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has inherited a largely deficient squad. The Red Devils are far from getting where the Norwegian wants to take them.
After over a year in charge United currently sit 7th in the Premier League table, a mighty 38 points away from league leaders and arch rivals Liverpool.

It is clear Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s mission hasn’t quite clicked into gear just yet. Of course he hasn’t been helped by the crippling injury crisis and the festering deadwood at the club.
Whilst it’s slowly shaping up to be Solskjaer’s team, the squad still has places to fix and holes to fill.
It is why the Red Devils will no doubt invest heavily in the summer too. One of the club’s transfer targets has already been identified.
And it seems another world class talent is also on the club’s radar.
According to the Evening Standard via the Daily Mail Manchester United will battle Chelsea for the services of Borussia Dortmund and England international Jadon Sancho.
The 19 year old winger is undoubtedly one of the most coveted talents in the world right now. Dortmund will certainly demand a hefty fee for his services. But United seem to have the funds to be able to afford Sancho.
However whether United will be capable of signing Sancho will hinge on one thing. The England international will be reluctant to play for a team who are not in the Champions League. Right now the six point deficit between the Red Devils and Chelsea for the top four seems like a major barrier in the deal.
What do you think will Manchester United sign Jadon Sancho?
