4. Robin van Persie’s game against Aston Villa (2013)

In van Persie’s first season with Manchester United, the Dutch striker became league champion, as well as the golden boot winner, in the span of one game. United’s season in 2013 was nothing short of superb. All season, Fergie and the Red Devils dominated teams all across England.

Aston Villa could not contain van Persie in this match. His volley against Aston Villa is one that went down in United history because it sealed the title for the 2013 season, Ferguson’s last season with United.
