Defenders

Aaron Wan-Bissaka (right-back)

Aaron Wan-Bissaka provides defensive stability to United’s defence. As Brighton will play offensively, Ten Hag may look to start Wan-Bissaka instead of Diogo Dalot who is surely better going forward.

Victor Lindelof (centre-back)

Victor Lindelof was superb against Arsenal. However, he was taken off against Arsenal as he wasn’t feeling well. But, he played for Sweden. Thus, he should be starting this game as Raphael Varane is still recovering from his injury.

Lisandro Martinez (centre-back)

Lisandro Martinez also had an injury scare. However, he trained with the Argentine national team during the international break and therefore, he should also start this Saturday.

Sergio Reguilon (left-back)

With Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia injured, Sergio Reguilon should start at the left-back position as he is the best option that Man Utd have right now in that position.
