Manchester United kick off their 2023/24 season against Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League on Monday.

The Red Devils take on Wolves, who recently sacked Julian Lopetegui and appointed former Bournemouth manager Gary O’Neill to take charge of the side. United will be hoping the unpredictability of a ‘new manager bounce’ will not bite them and put a damper on a productive summer thus far.

Wolves have been depleted this summer by the departures of Ruben Neves, Nathan Collins, Adama Traoré and Raul Jiménéz and do not expect many more arrivals beyond Matt Doherty’s return.

Manchester United injury news:

United will be without Rasmus Højlund (back), Dean Henderson (thigh), Anthony Martial (thigh), Kobbie Mainoo (ankle), Tyrell Malacia (muscle), Tom Heaton (calf) and Amad Diallo (knee).

Where to watch:

Manchester United vs Wolves will be broadcasted live in the UK on Sky Sports Main Event and on fuboTV in the United States.

Predicted Manchester United lineup:

Onana; Wan-Bissaka, Varane, Martinez, Shaw; Casemiro, Bruno, Mount; Antony, Rashford, Garnacho.
