Tottenham Hotspur‘s star striker Harry Kane’s future at the club seems to be uncertain as he has less than 15 months left on his current contract, and there is increasing doubt among figures within the club that he will sign a new one. The 29-year-old, who is also the captain of the England national team, has been linked with moves to Manchester United and Bayern Munich.

According to a report by The Telegraph, Kane is considering the possibility of running down his contract with Tottenham before departing on a free transfer. The striker is reportedly attracted to the idea of leaving on a free transfer, which would give him more control over his future and potentially increase his earning potential.

Manchester United keen on signing Harry Kane

Manchester United is said to be one of the clubs interested in Kane, and they are reportedly willing to offer him a significant raise on his current salary of £200,000 per week. The Red Devils are also said to be prepared to offer him a sizable signing-on fee if he sees out his contract at Tottenham and joins them on a Bosman transfer.

Kane is widely regarded as one of the best strikers in the world, and his potential departure from Tottenham would be a significant loss for the club. However, his departure would also provide a significant windfall for Tottenham, as they could potentially receive a transfer fee of over £100 million for the striker.

It remains to be seen whether Kane will sign a new contract with Tottenham or leave the club on a free transfer. However, with the striker’s contract set to expire in just over a year, it seems increasingly likely that he will be playing his football elsewhere next season.
