Manchester United are in an interesting phase of their season at the moment. The club have won four games on the trot in the Premier League and eased past Sheriff Tiraspol in the Europa League in mid-week, but at the same time, it is safe to say that their performances still need improvement if they are to finish in the top four and challenge for titles.

In that regard, the month of October could prove to be very vital for Manchester United, as well as several other clubs around the Premier League.

The Red Devils have nine games to play next month in what could very well be the busiest portion of the season. If they get through it well, it will set them up for success. But if they stumble, it could be the foundation of another poor campaign for the club. Let’s see how things turn out.

Amidst all this, the Red Devils have been handed a double injury boost. As reported by Manchester Evening News, Manchester United have welcomed back Donny van de Beek and Facundo Pellistri to training following their recent injury setbacks.

Now, it is no secret that neither Van de Beek nor Pellistri is a regular in the Manchester United first-team picture at this point of time.

But then, with such a busy part of the schedule coming up, Manchester United will need as many players available as possible, in order to get through it in one piece.

Thus, it would not be a massive surprise if both Van de Beek and Pellistri end up getting some playing time in the month of October.

This is good news for Manchester United and hopefully, it will help them going forward to continue on the path to success, which they seem to be on at the moment.
