Juventus want Manchester United star if Paulo Dybala leaves
Things are uncertain around Manchester United at the moment. The club look set to be heading towards their fifth straight season without a trophy. Something like this would have been unimaginable a decade or back but it is the Red Devils’ reality at the moment. Thus, it is safe to say that they will need to make some changes as soon as possible if they are to get back to their title winning ways.
There were high hopes this season after the club had brought in superstars like Cristiano Ronaldo, Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane. But instead, it appears that they have taken a step back.
Thus, not only are players expected to be brought in along with a new permanent manager, but there are quite a few who could be on their way out as well. One of them is Paul Pogba, whose current deal runs out in the summer.
And it looks like Juventus have an eye on a potential move for Pogba if Paulo Dybala ends up leaving. As reported by GIVEMESPORT, Dean Jones said:
"“In terms of Dybala, it’s all looking pretty uncertain still at Juve. I’ve heard that if he goes, then they are looking at Paul Pogba as a guy that they would look to bring in. It’s one of the plans that they’ve got in mind.”"
Juventus could make move for Manchester United star if Dybala leaves
The situation of Dybala is up in the air at Juventus and it is very possible that he might end up departing the Serie A giants.
On the other hand, the scenario involving Pogba is pretty similar as well. He might have joined Manchester United in the summer of 2016 in a then world record deal, but it does feel like he played the best football of his career at Juventus.
Thus, rumours about a potential return to Turin have never quite gone away when it comes to Pogba. And if he was to leave Manchester United as a free agent, a move to Juventus might make a lot of sense for the French World Cup winner.
