Manchester United could undergo a massive transformation in the upcoming summer. Not only could several players arrive at Old Trafford along with a new manager, but quite a few could head in the opposite direction as well. There are of course multiple reasons for that. There are some whose current deals are running out, some who have struggled for playing time and some who might just not be happy with the situation of the club.

One player who not many would have expected to be linked with an Old Trafford exit is Marcus Rashford, who has been a regular in the first-team picture at the club ever since coming through the youth ranks.

But it is safe to say that he has found the going tough in recent times, struggling to win back his place in the starting XI. Rumours have emerged that Rashford is giving some thought to this future at Manchester United.

As reported by 90min, Arsenal, Newcastle United and West Ham United are all keeping a close eye on the situation of Rashford, while Atletico Madrid also appear to be interested.

Despite being just 24 years of age, Rashford is already a senior player at Manchester United. According to stats from Transfermarkt, he has made 295 appearances for the club till now.

But there is no hiding from the fact that the situation is not looking too good for the England international at the moment, as he has struggled for playing time under the management of Ralf Rangnick.

It must be pointed out though that Rangnick is only the interim manager till the end of the season and the club are expected to make a permanent appointment in the summer. Thus, a lot will depend on what Manchester United’s next manager thinks about Rashford.
