Manchester United could do with refreshing their options going forward in the upcoming summer transfer window. The club have some incredible players up front and on the wings, like Cristiano Ronaldo, Edinson Cavani, Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho and others. But despite that, the Red Devils have struggled to put the ball in the back of the net on a consistent basis this season. On top of that, there are a few who could be about to depart as well.

Cavani looks set to leave at the end of this season when his current deal with Manchester United expires, and it will be interesting to see what the future holds for Anthony Martial, currently on loan at Sevilla. And if the club are unable to qualify for next season’s Champions League, Ronaldo could potentially be on his way out of Old Trafford as well.

Thus, Manchester United could look like a very different team in the final third next season and it looks like Ajax’s Antony has caught their eye.

As reported by 90min, Manchester United, Liverpool, Manchester City and Chelsea are all interested in Antony.

It goes without saying that there is no lack of interest in Antony’s signature and it is not hard to understand why, since the winger has been an absolute standout at Ajax for a while now.

According to stats from Transfermarkt, Antony has scored 11 goals and provided 8 assists in 25 appearances for Ajax this season. He had a very good 2020/21 campaign as well and is just 21 years of age.

Antony has also made multiple appearances for the Brazil national team and the sky looks like the limit for him. Thus, a big move to the Premier League could very well lie in his future and someone like him could be a major coup on the part of Manchester United.
