Manchester United have big chance to sign Paulo Dybala

Manchester United have been linked with Paulo Dybala for years now. But for one reason or another, the move has never transpired despite coming close in the past and the Argentine has stayed on at Juventus. That could change very soon though as his current deal with the Serie A giants is set to run out next summer and he has not agreed a contract extension yet.

Not too long ago, Dybala was considered one of the best youngsters of his generation and was expected to reach the next level, and become one of the best in the world. Unfortunately, his development has stalled a bit since then and he has not fulfilled his potential till now.

Still only 28 years of age though, he is still in his prime as a footballer and has time on his side to reach the peak of his career. And that chance could come away from Juventus.

As reported by TyC Sports (via Daily Mail), Dybala had reached an agreement with Juventus to stay at the club but then the Serie A giants changed the terms of the contract and now, the Argentine is seeking an exit.

Manchester United are a club who have had an eye on Dybala for a long time but have not been able to bring him to Old Trafford till now.

But with the Argentine very possibly becoming a free agent in the summer, this could be their biggest opportunity yet to make the move happen. And with players like Anthony Martial and Edinson Cavani expected to leave Manchester United soon as well, the timing makes sense too.

Manchester United are expected to have competition for Dybala’s signature. Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with him for a long time as well while rumours have suggested that Inter Milan could be keeping an eye on the situation too.
