Manchester United’s latest Declan Rice and Jude Bellingham rumour

Manchester United have one of the best squads in world football right now. But one area that they might need to improve in is their midfield. That is believed to have been a problem for the club for quite some time and they were expected to make an addition there in the previous summer transfer window. It did not end up materialising though and considering their start to the campaign, it appears to have been a mistake.

Manchester United have been linked with several brilliant midfielders in recent times. Two of them are West Ham United’s Declan Rice and Borussia Dortmund’s Jude Bellingham.

As reported by The Athletic, Ralf Rangnick has eyes on Rice and Bellingham.

Both England internationals have been absolutely incredible recently and it is not just Manchester United that are believed to have an interest in signing them.

Manchester United linked with Rice and Bellingham

Manchester United are believed to be looking for a central midfielder, with Nemanja Matic now 33 years of age and no longer in his prime as a footballer.

Either Rice or Bellingham would be considered as an excellent addition to this current squad and could turn them into genuine title contenders.

Rice has been incredible for West Ham United and has been linked with a move away for a long time now. It has never materialised till now although some of the biggest clubs in the Premier League are believed to be interested in signing him.

On the other hand, Bellingham made the bold decision to join Borussia Dortmund and it has certainly worked out for him. It is hard to believe that he is still just 18 years of age.

He has already become an integral part of the Borussia Dortmund team and has made several appearances for the England national team as well. Similar to Rice, several Premier League giants are believed to want to sign him.
