Manchester United’s start to the season has not been great but it looks like they have started to find their feet once again following the departure of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Michael Carrick’s run as the caretaker manager was very positive and since the arrival of Ralf Rangnick, the signs have been bright as well as there are hopes that they can get their season back on track and have a successful campaign.

There are quite a few players who have not gotten enough chances this season. Either they did not get them from the very beginning or they were not in form and were dropped as a result.

Whatever may be the case, Rangnick’s arrival is a fresh start for many and the manager must give more chances to a few of the players, either to rediscover their form or because of their recent performances.

Things are starting to look up for Manchester United but there is still a long way to go.

Here are three players that Ralf Rangnick should give more playing time to during his time as the club’s interim manager:

Greenwood started the season in brilliant form and it had looked like he had nailed down his spot in the starting XI. But along the way, his early season form appeared to fade away.

As a result, he was dropped to the bench and has even found himself as an unused substitute at times recently.

His performances since the arrival of Rangnick have been promising though. He came off the bench against Crystal Palace to provide the assist for the winner and then he scored against Young Boys in the following game in the Champions League.

Thus, Greenwood might have already earned more playing time from the German manager.
