One of the most highly regarded managers of his generation, Ralf Rangnick has made quite a reputation over the years of giving a chance to and developing youngsters.

Thus, he could be the perfect manager for Mason Greenwood, who got himself on the scoresheet against Young Boys and must have made an impression on the manager.

The talent has never been in question with Greenwood and not too long ago, it had looked like he had nailed down his spot in Manchester United’s starting XI. But recently, the English youngster has struggled a bit.

After a strong start to the season, his form has faded away a bit and he has found himself sitting on the bench on numerous occasions in recent times.

One can only hope that a manager like Rangnick can get the best out of Greenwood. With the potential he has, many believe that he can go on to become one of the best players in the world and at 20 years of age, he has made more than 100  appearances for Manchester United.

Let’s see what the future holds for the youngster, but this was a bright start for Greenwood to say the least.

Manchester United keep the momentum going

Manchester United have been able to build up quite a bit of momentum over the past few weeks. Losing is a habit and since the departure of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, they have not lost.

Thus, they must have been keen to keep that run going on this occasion despite naming a side not nearly their strongest.

And while not a win, 1-1 was a solid result for the Red Devils. Now the focus will turn towards the future as they take on Norwich City next, in a game a lot more will be riding on than this one against Young Boys.
