For a change, Manchester United will not have a lot of pressure to get a result in their upcoming game, when they take on Young Boys in their final group stage game of the Champions League. The Red Devils have already booked their place in the knockout phase of the competition with one game to go and thus, they do not need to get a result here.

Unlike their domestic campaign, which has been disappointing till now, Manchester United have actually been quite good in Europe this season.

Thus, this provides Ralf Rangnick the opportunity to make some changes to his side. This way, he can rest some players who have played a lot of football this season while also see what those who have not can bring to the table.

There is of course pride to play for here. Young Boys won the reverse fixture and thus, Manchester United must be looking to get their win back when the two sides face each other again. Let’s see how things turn out when the two meet at Old Trafford.

Here’s how we think Ralf Rangnick could line Manchester United up when they face Young Boys in their final Champions League group stage game:

In the second half of last season, it had looked like Henderson had managed to become the first-choice keeper at Old Trafford while David de Gea appeared to be on his way out of the club after a few disappointing seasons.

Things have completely turned around this season though. De Gea has rediscovered his best form and looks like the first-choice once again while Henderson might end up leaving if he does not get more chances in the future.

The arrival of Rangnick could provide him with a fresh start though, beginning with the game against Young Boys.
