Things are starting to look up for Manchester United for sure. Since the departure of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the club have won three and drawn one of their four games across all competitions. And it was a tough run of fixtures to be honest. As a result, expectations have been raised once again, as it looks like the Red Devils are set to make a charge for the top four under the management of Ralf Rangnick.

The first performance under the interim manager was very promising as Manchester United played some of the best football of their season, with a brilliant goal from Fred handing them a 1-0 win against Crystal Palace and three important points.

One man who was not available for the game though is Paul Pogba, who is currently recovering from an injury and is expected to be out for a few more weeks.

Pogba has sent an exciting message to Manchester United fans on his recovery though, posting a picture on social media. He tweeted out:

Can Pogba become a regular in Manchester United’s starting XI again?

There has never been any question about Pogba’s ability. On top of his game, he is one of the best midfielders in the world.

One could argue though that he has never played his best football in a Manchester United shirt on a consistent basis. There have been glimpses of it here and there but never for a considerable length of time.

At the moment his Manchester United future is very much up in the air, with his current deal with the club running out next summer.

Even before his injury, Pogba had found himself on the bench on a number of occasions. Can he win back his place in the starting XI when he does make his return to the pitch?
