Right-back: Aaron Wan-Bissaka

Wan-Bissaka has been the regular right-back for Manchester United ever since he joined the club back in the summer of 2019 and is expected to start there against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge this weekend.

Centre-back: Eric Bailly

Here’s one change that Michael Carrick will have to make with Harry Maguire out with a suspension while Raphael Varane is still recovering from an injury.

Centre-back: Victor Lindelof

Lindelof has played a lot of football in recent times and expect him to start this one as well.

Left-back: Alex Telles

Luke Shaw has had his problems recently and was not even in the squad against Villarreal. Thus, do not be surprised to see Telles start against Chelsea.

Centre-midfield: Scott McTominay

McTominay started for Manchester United against Villarreal in mid-week and expect him to do the same here.

Centre-midfield: Fred

Fred has had his fair share of critics over the years but against Villarreal in midweek, he put in a stunning performance and was arguably the club’s best performer. Let’s see if he can repeat that at Stamford Bridge, if he does indeed start, which he is expected to do.

Central attacking midfield: Bruno Fernandes

It is Donny van de Beek who got the nod in midweek but Fernandes came into the game as a substitute and made an impact. And the Manchester United star should be the one to start against Chelsea.

Right wing: Jadon Sancho

Sancho scored his first goal for Manchester United, against Villarreal in midweek and the fans would be hoping that it is the starting of special things to come for Sancho at Old Trafford.

Left wing: Marcus Rashford

Anthony Martial started there in midweek but expect Rashford to get a run this time around.

Striker: Cristiano Ronaldo

Questions have been asked about Ronaldo in recent times as the Ralf Rangnick rumours have gathered pace. One thing that there is no question about though is that he is the one expected to start against Chelsea this weekend.
