Ole’s Manchester United does it again
Solskjaer would have gone into the game against Tottenham Hotspur knowing that a bad result could result in him being shown the exit door. His back was well and truly against the wall, as rumours had continued to swirl around his future over the past few weeks with several managers being linked with Manchester United as his potential replacements.
It was not for the first time that the manager found himself in such a position though and it was certainly not the first time that his team looked at their best when they absolutely needed a win.
This was a huge performance from this team considering the circumstances and perhaps their best display of the season till now. Now, the important thing will be for them to keep performing like this moving forward and hopefully get back in the title race.
