Manchester United have made a bright start to the summer transfer window. They have already signed Tom Heaton and Jadon Sancho, and have reached an agreement with Real Madrid for Raphael Varane.
It is safe to say that the additions of Sancho and Varane could be huge for the Red Devils. They would be expected to come into Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s first-team immediately. Sancho is expected to make the right-wing position his own while Varane could be Harry Maguire’s partner in the heart of the defence.
And while the club are expected to make more signings this summer, any further additions could rely on players leaving. One player who could be on his way out of Old Trafford this summer is Andreas Pereira.
As reported by ESPN, Pereira believes that it is time to make a permanent move away. Fenerbahce are interested in signing the 25-year-old.

Pereira could leave Manchester United this summer
Pereira was one of the most highly-rated youngsters while coming through the club’s youth system but he has never quite managed to find his feet at the senior level.
He spent the previous season on loan at Lazio. According to stats from Transfermarkt, he scored once and assisted four in 33 appearances for the Italian side, featuring for 801 minutes through the course of the campaign.
Pereira is now back at Old Trafford and has made a bright start to pre-season. But if he remained at the club for the season, it is unlikely that he would get too many minutes on the pitch considering the depth that the Red Devils possess. His current deal with the club runs till the summer of 2023 with the option to extend it for a further year.
Thus, a move away from Old Trafford this summer might make sense for both the club and the player. Now, it remains to be seen what the future holds for Pereira.
