It has been a while since news broke out that Manchester United had agreed a deal with Borussia Dortmund for the transfer of Jadon Sancho.
The club have been linked with the player for a long time now and appear to have finally gotten their man. Right wing is an area that the Red Devils do not possess much depth in at the moment and Sancho would be expected to come in and quickly make the position his own.
This could certainly be a very exciting signing for the club considering that Sancho is one of the most exciting wingers on the planet, and would be expected to get even better with experience moving forward.
The transfer is yet to be announced though but fans can expect it to be over the line soon as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer confirmed that there is just some paperwork to sort. As tweeted out by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano:

Sancho can be a brilliant signing for Manchester United
Sancho has been one of the most consistent and effective wingers in the world over the past few seasons. According to stats from Transfermarkt, he has scored 50 goals and provided 64 assists in 137 appearances for Borussia Dortmund.
And he is still just 21 years of age. Thus, if he can continue to develop at this rate, the Red Devils could very possibly have one of the best players in the world on their hands in a few years’ time.
He also solves a massive problem in this current Manchester United squad. Right wing is a position that they were light on options at last season. As a result, we saw Mason Greenwood feature there for most of the campaign although his long-term future is believed to lie more centrally on the pitch. Thus, someone like Sancho is an incredible addition to this team and in a position that they needed one.
