It is safe to say that Manchester United have made a great start to the summer transfer window, having already signed Tom Heaton on a free transfer and agreed a deal with Borussia Dortmund for the transfer of Jadon Sancho.
But the Red Devils are not expected to stop there. They are also being heavily linked with moves for the likes of Raphael Varane and Eduardo Camavinga.
Camavinga has one year left on his current deal with Rennes and could be on his way out of the club this summer as a result. The 18-year-old is one of the most highly-rated talents in the world at the moment and thus, it should not come as a surprise that a number of clubs from around Europe are interested in signing him. The likes of Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid and FC Barcelona have been linked with a move for him as well.
As reported by The Telegraph (via Metro), Manchester United are in the running to sign Camavinga but believe that the player is holding out for a move to La Liga instead.

Camavinga could be a brilliant signing for Manchester United
Despite being just 18 years of age, Camavinga has already been a regular in Rennes’ first-team for a couple of seasons now. And as a result, he has a lot of experience under his belt, especially for a player of his age.
If the Red Devils can sign him, it would be considered as a major coup on their part. But it remains to be seen if the La Liga giants decide to make a move for the youngster as well, who has already made a few appearances for the France national team. Chelsea are also believed to be interested in the midfielder.
Now it remains to be seen what the future holds for the youngster. On the other hand, Manchester United have been linked with a few other central midfielders as well, as it looks like they will try to make additions in the middle of the park this summer.
