Paul Pogba has only one year left on his current Manchester United contract. And it is safe to say that the Frenchman’s future at Old Trafford is up in the air at the moment.

There has been a feeling for a few years now that Pogba might be a looking for a new challenge and at one point, he looked almost destined to leave the club. Since then, things have improved drastically and there is hope that the 28-year-old could end up extending his contract with the club.

But even then, there is still the possibility that he could head out of Old Trafford and is yet to agree a new deal with the Red Devils.

As reported by L’Equipe (via Sport Bible), Paris Saint-Germain are not put off by the £50 million transfer fee that Manchester United are looking for, if they want to sign Pogba this summer.

Could Pogba be about to leave Manchester United this summer?

There is no doubt that Pogba is one of the best players at the club at this point of time. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side looked better with him than without him in the team last season. On top form, he is one of the best players in the Premier League. As a result, it would not be surprising if the manager is keen on keeping him at Old Trafford.

But with him in the final year of his current contract with the club, the Red Devils might have very little choice but to let him leave this summer if they are unable to agree a new deal with the midfield maestro.

Paris Saint-Germain appear to be a club who are very interested in signing the 28-year-old French World Cup winner and it remains to be seen what will happen regarding that over the coming months.
