Manchester United have been in pursuit of Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho for quite some time now. The 21-year-old is one of the most prolific wingers in the world right now and he might be the missing piece of the puzzle that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer needs to guide the team to trophies once again.
But how close are the Red Devils to bringing Sancho to Old Trafford? Well, it does look like the player is very much open to the move and personal terms have been agreed until 2026.
But that does not mean that the move is done though. In fact, now comes the harder part of agreeing a transfer fee with Borussia Dortmund.
The Bundesliga giants are believed to be looking for a transfer fee in the range of €95 million. Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano tweeted out about the situation:

What’s next for Manchester United in the Jadon Sancho transfer saga?
Since then, the Red Devils have had a transfer bid of £67 million for Sancho rejected by Borussia Dortmund as reported by BBC.
But even then, it is a positive sign as it looks like negotiations are finally picking up pace and there is a belief that a move can take place this summer.
Now, the question remains – what lies ahead for Manchester United in this long running transfer saga for the English international?
Sancho is a brilliant player, there are no two ways to look at it. According to stats from Transfermarkt, he has scored 50 goals and provided 64 assists in 137 appearances during his time at Borussia Dortmund. But the Red Devils also need to sign players in multiple other positions this summer.
Thus, if they shell out €95 million as transfer fee for Sancho, it could affect their ability to sign other players. As a result, a tricky road might be ahead for the club in this saga and they might need to make a decision soon.
