Manchester United star could leave after just one season
Manchester United have enjoyed a brilliant campaign this time around and made some spectacular progress overall. The players must be commended because a number of them have stepped up their performances this season and become important parts of the first-team.
Luke Shaw is someone who immediately comes to mind. The English left-back joined the club back in 2014 but had never quite managed to nail down his spot in the starting XI.
That has completely changed this season though. At this point of time, Shaw is one of the best left-backs in the Premier League and his performances have brought him back into the England national team picture.
His incredible form has meant that he is the regular starter at left-back for the Red Devils. But because of that, Alex Telles has not enjoyed a fruitful debut campaign at Old Trafford after joining from FC Porto in the previous summer transfer window. And it looks like there is a possibility that he could be on his way out after just one season with the club.

Alex Telles could leave Manchester United in the near future
As reported by Record (via Sport Witness), Manchester United are open to the idea of Telles leaving in the summer but they will need a good offer.
According to stats from Transfermarkt, the left-back has made 23 appearances across all competitions for the Red Devils and featured for 1759 minutes of football.
Of course, one could argue that his presence has helped elevate the performances of Shaw this season. But at the end of the day, the Brazilian international would want to play regular football himself.
If Telles does end up leaving, it will be interesting to see whether the club try to sign a replacement for him or give the role to someone like Brandon Williams, who is already at Old Trafford.
