After a great campaign, Manchester United are expected to make a splash in the upcoming summer transfer window in order to improve even further and compete for trophies on a consistent basis once again.
One man who they have been linked with for a long time now is Jadon Sancho. But they have failed to bring him to Old Trafford in the past.
The Red Devils had tried to sign the English international in the previous summer transfer window but ultimately, a deal failed to materialise as Borussia Dortmund were believed to be looking for a €120 million transfer fee.
It looks like the club are interested in making another move for Sancho this summer though, with him believed to be available for a transfer fee of around €90 million. While speaking with The United Stand and as reported by Express, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano said that he would love to join Manchester United although other clubs could be in the race for him as well:
"“He would love to join Manchester United. But also Liverpool are looking at the player if they sell some players in attacking positions.“Let’s see what happens with Chelsea. At the moment I’m told Chelsea have not had anything official with his agents or with Borussia Dortmund.”"

Sancho would be a brilliant signing for Manchester United but can they get him?
Right wing is a position that the Red Devils do not possess much depth in at this point of time. Mason Greenwood has mostly operated on the right flank through the course of the season. And while this might have been a good learning curve for him, his future lies through the middle of the attack.
Thus, signing Sancho would be a brilliant move on the part of the Red Devils. He has already established himself as one of the brightest stars in world football and is only going to get better moving forward.
There seems to be very little doubt that he is going to be one of the best players in the world for the next decade or so. Thus, if the opportunity is there, Manchester United should not even think twice before bringing the youngster to Old Trafford.
