It was another come from behind victory for Manchester United, something that they have managed to do consistently this season. So consistently that it is almost bizarre at this point of time.

The Red Devils went into half-time a goal down but came out of the break in spectacular form, putting three past Aston Villa to secure a 3-1 win and keep the title race alive.

Bruno Fernandes might not have had a great game but he managed to score the equaliser from the penalty spot. Mason Greenwood, who has once again found his best form, put the team ahead. And then Edinson Cavani, who is in red-hot form right now, came off the bench to make it 3-1 and secure all three points.

The win means that Manchester United need only four more points from their last four games to guarantee themselves the second spot in the Premier League table.

Games will come thick and fast for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side from here on. Next up are Leicester City, who are fighting for a top four spot right now after falling behind Chelsea in the Premier League points table. After that, the Red Devils will take on Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool side, who are hoping to grab a top four spot themselves.

Clearly, fatigue could end up being an issue for the team and the manager will have to be careful with that. With the Europa League final against Villarreal coming up, he will not want any of his players to pick up an injury.

With a top four spot almost secured though, it will hopefully give Solskjaer the opportunity to rest some of his players moving forward.
