Manchester United, Chelsea and PSG want to sign Argentine star
Manchester United and Chelsea used to vie for the Premier League title on a consistent basis in the first decade of the 21st century and even played a famous UEFA Champions League final against each other.
Since then, both sides appear to have taken a step back though as Manchester City have emerged as the top side in England over the past decade or so. And it is safe to say that the two English giants will be keen to return to the top.
Of course, signing great players will be important in that respect and it looks like both of them have their sights set on Paulo Dybala.
As reported by Tuttosport (via Daily Mail), Manchester United and Chelsea are interested in signing Dybala but will face stiff competition from Paris Saint-Germain, who appear to be the favourites at the moment.

Dybala could be a brilliant signing for Manchester United
For a long time, Dybala has been regarded as one of the best talents in world football. And it looked like he was finally set to establish himself as one of the top players in Europe, as he won the Serie A Most Valuable Player for his brilliant performances last season.
Things have changed a lot since then though. He has not been a regular in Juventus’ first-team this season and according to stats from Transfermarkt, he has only made 18 appearances and played 902 minutes of football through the course of this campaign till now.
Naturally, this has led to rumours linking him away from the club and Manchester United have been named as one of the clubs interested in signing the Argentine.
Of course, he could prove to be a brilliant signing for the Red Devils if they can get a deal over the line for Dybala. At 27 years of age, he is in his prime and is already a proven player at the European level. Thus, if the opportunity is indeed there, the club must try to bring him to Old Trafford.
