Manchester United linked with another Real Madrid star
Manchester United have been linked with quite a few Real Madrid players in the recent past. They reportedly wanted Sergio Reguilon in the last summer transfer window as they searched for a left-back who could challenge Luke Shaw for the starting spot in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s line-up.
However, the move did not take place and ultimately, Reguilon ended up at Tottenham Hotspur. And as a result, the Red Devils shifted their focus onto Alex Telles, who made a deadline day move to Old Trafford.
Now, the Premier League giants want to sign a right-back – a player who can push Aaron Wan-Bissaka for a place in the starting XI. And another Real Madrid star appears to have caught their eye this time around.
That player is Lucas Vazquez, a very versatile player, who can play anywhere on the right and would be more than just back-up to Wan-Bissaka.

Manchester United reportedly want Vazquez in the summer
As reported by Spanish outlet ABC, Vazquez could be set to leave Real Madrid as he is yet to put pen to paper on a new deal. His current contract with Los Blancos is set to expire this summer. Hence, he will be a free agent, which makes him even more attractive to potential suitors.
While the Spanish giants seem keen on extending his stay at the club, they have not managed to agree a deal with him and it is looking likely that he could be on his way out of the club at the end of the season.
Manchester United, Chelsea, AC Milan and Bayern Munich have all being linked with the 29-year-old and it is not hard to see why.
He can play in various positions, covering the right side of the pitch. His agility and tendency to press effectively off the ball is an incredible asset to have, and could make him a perfect fit in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team.
