Manchester United find themselves in good form right now. They just reached the quarter-finals of the Europa League, where they have been drawn against Spanish side Granada and will be favourites to go through to the last four of the competition.
In the Premier League also, they find themselves in a strong position. With 9 games left to be played, they sit at second with a 6-point lead over fourth place Chelsea. Thus, they look likely to finish in the top four and if Manchester City do slip up, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side might even make a run at the title.
The improvement over the past year or so has been very promising. And the club are expected to improve even further in the upcoming summer transfer window. But it does look like Edinson Cavani could be on his way out of the club.
According to Football Insider, Edinson Cavani has reached a verbal agreement with South American giants Boca Juniors to join them in the summer from Manchester United. His contract with the Red Devils is set to run out at the end of this campaign.

Cavani could be a big miss for Manchester United
The Uruguayan has not been at Old Trafford for a long time but he has already shown what he brings to the table as a player. Even at the age of 34, he is the best pure striker that the Red Devils have.
And with Anthony Martial struggling to find the back of the net on a consistent basis, he has been a brilliant option for Solskjaer. As a result, him leaving could be bad news for the club, who were already expected to sign another striker in the summer.
As things stand, Cavani is on the sidelines with an injury and Solskjaer will be hoping that he can recover from it as soon as possible with both Martial and Rashford picking up knocks over the past couple of weeks as well.
