It was not too long ago that Christian Pulisic was considered as a future Premier League superstar after showing flashes of brilliance for Chelsea last season. He has not gotten too many chances after Thomas Tuchel took over as manager at Stamford Bridge though and that could see him leave the club. And The Blues are eyeing a Manchester United transfer target as his replacement, if the American does end up sealing a summer exit.

As reported by the Daily Mail, that man is Bayern Munich’s Kingsley Coman. The Frenchman scored the goal that saw the Bundesliga giants lift the Champions League last season, but has been linked with a move away from the club recently.

Coman has been in good form this season, scoring 6 goals and assisting a further 13 in 27 appearances.

But with his current contract set to expire in the summer of 2023, Bayern Munich could decide to let him leave if the player does not agree an extension in the near future.

Coman would be a good signing for Manchester United

Coman’s record speaks for itself. At the age of 24, he has won more trophies than most players ever will. He is just a serial winner and one that most clubs in the world would be delighted to have in their squad.

Manchester United have been searching for a winger for quite some time as well, as they do not possess a lot of depth in that area and Coman could prove to be the perfect solution.

It is never an easy task to compete with Chelsea in the transfer market though and as a result, the Red Devils might have a tough task on their hands if they want to sign the Frenchman.

Of course, if Pulisic is indeed headed for a Chelsea exit in the summer, it would not be a bad idea on the part of United to try and sign him.
