Manchester United youngster is set to leave on loan
Manchester United have made a brilliant start to the season and it looks like they could end up challenging for the Premier League come May. While a number of players are enjoying brilliant campaigns that does not mean that everybody has been involved.
That includes summer signing Facundo Pellistri. The Uruguayan teenager was brought in from Penarol in a reported £9 million deal. But he is yet to make an appearance for the first-team.
It looks like Manchester United are now ready to let him leave on loan, so that he can gain some much needed experience and is hopefully ready to represent the Red Devils in the near future.
According to Jonathan Shrager, the 19-year-old is closing in on joining an ‘unnamed’ La Liga side on loan.

A loan away from Manchester United would make sense for Pellistri
It is likely that the Uruguayan youngster was brought in as someone who was not ready to make an immediate impact in the first-team but would hopefully be a Premier League quality player after developing.
That developmental process will have to include a loan move away at some point of time as it is unlikely that he will get a lot of minutes to do the same at Old Trafford, especially since they are in the middle of a very tight title race.
Thus, it would help him a lot to find his feet in European football, away on loan at a La Liga club. In the right team, he could get the amount of minutes he needs to improve his game to the point where he can be a regular part of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s first-team plans.
At this point of time, he is not anywhere near that as there are a number of players ahead of him in the pecking order. But an impressive spell away in Spain and you never know what could happen next season.
