Manchester United will have the chance to go top of the Premier League once again tonight when they take on Fulham. And although most of the players have been in terrific form in the past few months, there are still question marks over their title credentials.
One of the biggest reasons for that is the lack of depth in the squad in certain positions. Centre-back is clearly an area of weakness in this squad as a number of players capable of playing there are nowhere near the first-team at the moment.
One of them is Marcos Rojo. The Argentine has been out of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s plans for quite some time now. And it looks like he maybe inching towards an Old Trafford exit.
While he may not be anywhere near the Manchester United first-team right now, he still remains a big name in his native Argentina. And he has been linked a move to Boca Juniors in recent months as it has become increasingly clear that he is on his way out of the club sooner of later.

Rojo to swap Manchester United for Boca Juniors?
Joining the club back in 2014 after an impressive World Cup campaign with Argentina, Rojo has rarely been a part of the club’s first-team plans in the last few seasons.
According to the Daily Mail, Rojo has already agreed personal terms with Boca Juniors. His contract with the Red Devils will run out at the end of this season although the club does have the option to extend his stay by a year and look to receive a transfer fee for his exit.
It is unlikely that they will do so though as it will be a huge surprise if any clubs come in with big bids for the Argentine. We just saw Timothy Fosu-Mensah leave for just £1.5 million and at 30 years of age, Rojo will be expected to fetch around the same if not less.
Thus, United could find themselves suffering a loss if they do decide to extend his stay and then cannot find a suitor. As a result, it just makes sense for them to let him leave and if they get anything out of his departure, that should be considered a bonus.
