Manchester United want Paul Pogba’s international teammate

Manchester United have an interesting target.
French internationals thrive at Manchester United. Ever since pioneer Eric Cantona moved to Old Trafford, a plethora of French stars have followed suit and became cult heroes with the Red Devils, from Laurent Blanc, Fabian Barthez, Patrice Evra and the current stars Paul Pogba and Anthony Martial there is a rich history of French players at the club and it seems the Solskjaer could be on the brink of adding another name to that list.
Adrien Rabiot has been tentatively linked with a move to Old Trafford for some time now. The Paris Saint Germain academy graduate has been an elite midfielder ever since breaking through the ranks at the Parc de Princes. Recently Rabiot caught the eye with a stunning strike for Juventus in which he darted through AC Milan’s entire team from his own half and found the back of the net with a potent long range effort.
And now CalcioMercato via Football 360 has claimed that Juventus are willing to listen to offers for the midfielder with Man United one of the clubs potentially interested in his services.

While Adrien Rabiot would not be a priority for United, he could be a smart addition. At just 25 years of age he has plenty of years left at the top. His towering gait could be well suited to the hustle and bustle of the Premier League and his technical ability is astute.
With over 200 games for Paris Saint Germain and almost 50 for Juventus over the last two seasons, Rabiot has a plethora of vital experience at an elite level that could be handy for Solskjaer as he aspires to take the Red Devils back to where they belong.
Besides Pogba, McTominay and Fernandes, United’s midfield is an ageing one and therefore someone of Adrien Rabiot’s age could be a useful long-term addition too.
With Adrien Rabiot not a crucial player at Juventus, he might not be a costly transfer either, especially as the Turin based side are willing to listen to offers.
French players have a rich and successful history at Old Trafford, there is no reason why Adrien Rabiot would not be able to prosper at the club. A midfield three of him, Pogba and Fernandes could be a formidable partnership.
Would you be happy with the arrival of Adrien Rabiot this summer?
