Manchester United: Dortmund identify Jadon Sancho replacement
Manchester United could finally land their coveted transfer target.
After a slew of contrasting reports emerging from English and German media, finally, the recent stories start to connect the dots for Jadon Sancho’s purported move to Manchester United this summer.
In our previous report, we explained how Jadon Sancho has expressed his desire of securing a move back to England to Borussia Dortmund chiefs. Since this request, the German club is eager to encash their valuable asset this summer with just two years remaining in his contract. Yet, the 20-year-old is not expected to force his way out of Signal Iduna Park in the upcoming market.

However, there is a widespread consensus among the Dortmund insiders that Sancho’s time in Bundesliga has run its course, with a move back to England seemingly imminent, now. Previously, Dortmund made futile efforts by offering the winger to sign another deal with the club.
Manchester United, currently, are waiting for the transfer window to commence before making an offer for their long-term target. The decision to delay the approach has been made to gauge how their finances stand in the climate where lack of matchday revenue has taken its toll. To balance their accounts, Red Devil bosses are planning a selling spree, too, this summer.

Despite economic constraints, Man United are prepared to stimulate a package which could fall in the radar of Die Schwarzgelben’s demands. As things stand, Man United’s valuation of Jadon Sancho is considered to be apart from that Dortmund’s, £100m, by a £20 m margin, as per The Telegraph’s Mike McGrath.
The current financial deadlock could take time to resolve, but it’s widely learnt that both clubs could reach a solution, considering the amount of money involved in the deal. On similar lines, Mike McGrath has also mentioned Dortmund looking for Sancho replacements.
Werder Bremen forward, Milot Rashica, has been identified as a suitable target to fill the void when Jadon Sancho leaves Borussia Dortmund in coming months.
Solskjaer, in spite of heavy transfer rumours regarding Manchester United, is fully focussed at the assignment in front of him, finishing the Premier League with the highest spot achievable with two fixtures left.
"“Now is not the time to talk about transfers but I think everyone can see what we do with young players, we’re getting our own players through, we’re giving them a chance and we’re trying to recruit players who’d add to our current squad, either as an X-Factor straight into the team or an X-Factor kid, so that recruitment process is going all the time.” (Sky Sports)"
All in all, there are very exciting times ahead for the fans supporting Manchester United. Jadon Sancho could be followed by a few more talented arrivals.
