Manchester United urged to make shock transfer and axe Anthony Martial
By Bence Bocsak
Manchester United have been tipped for a strange transfer.
For almost a decade now Manchester United have lingered in obscurity. The club has been like a lost cub trying to finds it was back home. Without direction and a cohesive strategy the Red Devils have been shambolic and aimless.
But the fans have not forgotten about the glory days and they yearn to find their way back to the pinnacle of English football. No matter what it takes.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who lifted several Premier League titles himself knows and understands this innate need for United to get back to the top. He knows winning is in the club’s very essence and it is something which is a requirement at Old Trafford.

Often United’s best managers in the past have been the ones who have been ruthless and who have made bold decisions to take the club forward.
Sir Alex Ferguson often axed key players for even better ones in order to get the edge over his rivals. Solskjaer has now been tipped to follow a similar formula in order to get the club back to where they belong and ascend the throne which has been occupied by the club’s two arch rivals in the past few years.
According to former Tottenham star Jamie O’Hara speaking on TalkSport via the Daily Express, United should replace Anthony Martial with Harry Kane. The pundit claims that Martial is a ‘fantastic player’ but that Harry Kane would be a game changer.
This is what Jamie O’Hara said in full.
"“I think the missing piece in that Man Utd team – even though Martial is a fantastic player – if they did sign someone like Harry Kane then you’re talking about a team that wins the title again.”"
The claim is a shocking one, considering Anthony Martial’s stupendous form recently with the Frenchman starting to find the back of the net on a regular basis.
Harry Kane meanwhile has been somewhat out of form this season and has struggled for goals. In fact Anthony Martial currently has two more Premier League goals than the England captain this season.
For the extortionate fee which would be required to lure him from Tottenham to Old Trafford, the transfer would simply not be worth it. Solskjaer could acquire much better options for cheaper.
But for now Anthony Martial deserves another shot. The Frenchman has impressed with his work-rate and if he is able to keep up his goalscoring prowess he could be a huge asset for the Red Devils.
What do you make of Jamie O’Hara’s comments?
