Bruno Fernandes makes facetious demand from Manchester United teammate

Manchester United’s new star has made a facetious demand.
For a few days it seemed like the opportunity had ebbed away from Manchester United’s grasp. The Red Devils supporters were in outrage and agony. Yet again, a key target had slipped away from Ed Woodward’s grasp.
But this time, the United chief delivered. On the dying stages of the transfer window, Bruno Fernandes penned a contract with the Red Devils with a wide grin stretched taut to reveal his toothy smile and delight.
It is a smile which has lit up Old Trafford since the Portuguese’s arrival. Bruno Fernandes has had a transformative impact on the Red Devils. He is exactly what the club’s supporters have yearned for. The Portuguese star exudes confidence on the pitch. His deliveries conjure up a plethora of opportunities for his teammates and it is what the Red Devils’ midfield has often lacked in the past.

It is no surprise Bruno Fernandes has quickly become a fan favourite at Old Trafford. The Stretford End have already written a sing in ode to the club’s new number 18.
It is the first marquee signing in some time who has actually seemed to have paid dividends for Man United and who has begun his career on a bright path.
And it seems, Bruno Fernandes hasn’t just settled on the pitch. The Portuguese star also looks to have found his place in the dressing room and is already engaging in banter with the rest of the squad.
Recently the team played an intra-squad friendly game at Old Trafford in order to get the fitness levels up and prepare the team for the resumption of the Premier League in a couple of weeks time.
After the game, Bruno Fernandes made a facetious demand from his teammate Nemanja Matic on Instagram.
Fernandes posted a picture of himself and Matic via the Daily Express, with the caption demanding the Serbian international to ‘keep the distance please.’
The lighthearted joke has gone down well with the club’s supporters and it is exactly what you want to see as a fan. It seems Bruno Fernandes is getting comfortable with his teammates and already loving life in Manchester.
The club’s supporters will be hoping he will bring them even more joy on the pitch when the football returns.
