Could this be a hint Saul Niguez’s ‘new club’ is Manchester United?

Saul Niguez might have left a hint about Manchester United on social media.
Manchester United’s history of midfielders is littered with star studded names. Old Trafford has seen the likes of Paul Scholes, Roy Keane and Bryan Robson grace the turf in Red Devils colours. And that is just a small pick of the bunch.
Recently, the likes of Michael Carrick have lit up the hallowed ground. Though even the former Red Devils’ captain has hung up his boots and is now part of the backroom staff.
In the current set-up, the undisputed talent of Paul Pogba stands head and shoulders above the rest. The French World Cup winner is one of the best midfielders in the world on his day. Unfortunately, during the vast majority of this season through injury struggles, Pogba has not been able to show his talent on the field.

Talks have rather been about his future at Old Trafford and with Real Madrid and Juventus reportedly keen, the Frenchman’s departure is still a real possibility even under the current financial circumstances which have embroiled the world.
Spanish international and Atletico Madrid midfielder, Saul Niguez has been on the club’s radar for some time now. Despite the constant changing of managers at Old Trafford recently, the Atletico man continues to be linked with the club and he could be an ideal replacement for Pogba.
Recently, Saul Niguez has sparked rumours with a cryptic announcement on his social media declaring that he will announce his next club within three days.
With just one day to go until his announcement, it seems Saul Niguez may have left some hints about a potential move to Man United.
Mark Goldbridge Tweeted out via the BBC that Saul Niguez’s last four Instagram follows have been Manchester United’s official page, David Beckham, Paul Pogba and Juan Mata.
That small hint will send Red Devils fans into a frenzy and it was heightened further by Rio Ferdinand’s response to Saul Niguez’s announcement. Ferdinand quote tweeted Saul Niguez with an emoji of a pair of eyes:
Perhaps Ferdinand being a former player knows something more about the transfer?
Of course we are clutching at straws here.
One thing for sure, Saul Niguez is a sublime footballer, blessed with great technical ability and with the stamina perfectly suited to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s explosive style of play.
Do you think Saul Niguez could sign for Man United?
