1. Jadon Sancho
The Borussia Dortmund winger has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford and he will commence the season with a fierce derby clash against Schalke on Saturday. It promises to be an exciting encounter and Sancho should be right in the thick of the action.
2. Erling Braut Haland
He was linked with a move to Old Trafford in January, that never materialised with the Norwegian opting to sign for Borussia Dortmund instead. But there are hopes that Haland will join the Red Devils in the future, with Solskjaer rumoured to have not given up on the pursuit of his compatriot.
Haland has continued his goal-scoring form in Germany, having already struck the net nine times in his first eight Bundesliga appearances.
He is sure to add to that tally.
3. Marcus Thuram
He is quick, tall and full of trickery. Marcus Thuram is the son of Lilian a World Cup winner with France, and the Borussia Mochengladbach attacker could be set for an ever brighter future than his father.
Thuram is entertaining to watch and has been a revelation in a hugely impressive Mochengladbach side this season.
He could be well suited to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer‘s style of play.
4. Denis Zakaria
The central midfielder is the perfect all round player, adept defensively and going forward, Denis Zakaria has been linked with a move to Old Trafford and it would not be a surprise if he ended up signing for the Red Devils.
Zakaria is excellent technically, he is hard in the tackle and his bulky frame is perfectly suited to the hustle and bustle of the Premier League.
Keep an eye out for his eye-catching performances at the heart of Mochengladbach’s midfield.
5. Rabbi Matondo
The young Welshman has been recently linked as a potential Jadon Sancho alternative ahead of the summer. With Ryan Giggs said to be a huge admirer, he’s certainly one to keep an eye on.
Matondo has not been a regular in the Bundesliga this season, but with the addition of five substitutes, he could be set for some minutes.
His pace and trickery often tormented United at academy level whilst he was at City and he will soon show that in the Bundesliga too.
Perhaps if he continues to impress a move to Old Trafford will beckon.
Who are you looking forward to watching in the Bundesliga?
