Manchester United ‘agree’ fee to sign exciting forward
By Bence Bocsak
According to the latest reports, Manchester United have ‘agreed’ a fee for this exciting forward ahead of the summer transfer window.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was once a prolific forward at Manchester United. The Norwegian scored one of the club’s most iconic goals in 1999 when he netted in the 93rd minute to secure a famous treble in the Champions League final.
Solskjaer found the back of the net well over a hundred times in a Red Devils shirt and he developed a reputation for being able to score important goals when the team were down and out and desperate for a hero.
His contributions will remain indelible in the club’s illustrious history.

Yet somewhat ironically as manager, Solskjaer is devoid of a prolific attacking forward.
Ever since the departure of Romelu Lukaku in the summer, the Norwegian has not been able to find an adequate replacement for the Belgian.
Solskjaer was desperate to land his fellow compatriot and teenage sensation Erling Braut Haland in January, however the towering bulky forward opted to join Borussia Dortmund leaving Solskjaer scratching his head.
It meant, the Norwegian was forced to opt for a temporary solution and wait it out for the summer.
And with the summer soon to arrive, the pressure is on for Solskjaer to fill the attacking void in the team.
He could soon be on the brink of doing exactly just that. According to Spanish website Todofichajes via the Daily Express, the Red Devils have ‘total agreement’ between the two parties for Moussa Dembele‘s signature including a fee in the region of £61 million.
Moussa Dembele who begun his career at Fulham and made his name at Celtic is a 23 year old French forward, who has excelled at Lyon over the last couple of seasons.
Dembele is a pacy goal-machine, able to find the back of the net on a regular basis. He scored 22 goals for Lyon this season and was a fan favourite at Celtic.
United could give Moussa Dembele the platform to further develop his game. The Frenchman is certainly well suited to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s explosive style of play.
His pace and finishing could be a huge asset at Old Trafford and one that would endear him to the Red Devils’ faithful.
Would you be happy if Man United signed Moussa Dembele in the summer?
