The ‘next Neymar’ is desperate to make Manchester United move
By Bence Bocsak
According to the latest reports, this exciting and underrated star is desperate to sign for Manchester United and his desire could be a major boost.
Some of the best transfers Sir Alex Ferguson made at Manchester United were often unprecedented. The legendary Scotsman had the knack for unearthing gems from across the continents. Think of the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Javier Hernandez or Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who all arrived as unknown names and became cult heroes at Old Trafford.
The latter of the trio is now the man in charge of the Red Devils and Solskjaer has not shied away from mimicking his former master.
The Norwegian has already made some bold moves since he took charge of the club. One of them was bringing Odion Ighalo from China back to the Premier League. It was a transfer which was initially ridiculed, however, few are laughing at Ighalo’s arrival now with the Nigerian having netted in all four of his starts prior to the suspension of the football.

And one thing is certain, Solskjaer will certainly not end his scouting across the continent there.
Yeferson Soteldo is one of the most exciting talents at Brazilian outfit Santos. The Brazilian club have produced some of the best talent in world football over the decades. The likes of Pele and Neymar came through the club’s academy system.
Soteldo is certainly reminiscent of Neymar in some aspects. The Venezuelan winger has the same low centre of gravity and the wide skillset which the Brazilian superstar posses. Just like Neymar, Soteldo likes to dribble past his opponents one on one with and deceive them with clever tricks.
Yeferson Soteldo’s first touch is excellent and he can slalom past players with ease. The Venezuelan certainly seems like one of the best talents to have represented Santos since Neymar’s departure from the club almost a decade ago.
And it seems Yeferson Soteldo is hoping to emulate Neymar in the future by moving to Europe, as well as a former United star.
Speaking to El Drink Team Podcast via the Daily Express, Soteldo revealed that he ‘always dreamed’ of playing for United and that dream ‘remains intact.’
The Santos midfielder then added that he supported to the Red Devils because of ‘Cristiano Ronaldo’ and how he would take a ‘lifetime contract’ at the club.
With Solskjaer desperate to add midfield options to his lacklustre squad the news will be music to his ears. Especially considering Yeferson Soteldo has 10 goals and 7 assists for Santos this season.
The Venezuelan footballer is a mixture of Neymar and Ronaldo and he has huge potential to go all the way.
Could Yeferson Soteldo become Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s very own Neymar?
