Manchester United plan to sell these five stars to sign Jadon Sancho
By Bence Bocsak
According to the latest reports, Manchester United could be set to sell five players from their current squad in order to secure the funds to sign Sancho.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has embarked on a lofty plan at Manchester United. The Norwegian wants the Red Devils to ascend the Premier League table and to return back to the pinnacle.
With the current 37 point deficit between United and league leaders Liverpool, that plan is impossible to achieve this season. Solskjaer’s current squad are clearly nowhere near from being able to compete at the highest level in the Premier League.
However slowly and surely, the Norwegian is building a team that could be capable of it in the future.

Bruno Fernandes‘ arrival in January has already paid its dividends, and with the Portuguese in the side, United have recorded some impressive results against the likes of Chelsea and Manchester City prior to the suspension of the football.
Jadon Sancho could be Solskjaer’s most important summer arrival.
The young English prospect is regarded as one of the brightest footballers in the world at the moment.
The Borussia Dortmund winger has been catching the eye ever since his bold move to Germany as a mere 17 year old.
And as Jadon Sancho’s stock has risen, it seems he could be ready for a return to his homeland.
Manchester United who have a shortage of options on the flanks are desperate for a player of Sancho’s ilk.
And it seems the Red Devils could be prepared to sell five first team players in order to free up funds to land the English winger.
According to the Sun via the Daily Express, United could sell Paul Pogba, Andreas Pereira, Marcos Rojo, Chris Smalling and Jesse Lingard.
Of course, the report should be taken with a pinch of salt, the Sun is not the most reliable source when it comes to football news.
The five players have all been linked with moves away ahead of the summer anyway, so it doesn’t necessarily mean United will be selling them in order to land Jadon Sancho.
Do you think Jadon Sancho is the transfer United need?
