Manchester United target wants to follow Ibrahimovic and Ronaldo

According to the latest reports this world-class Manchester United target has named Cristiano Ronaldo and Zlatan Ibrahimovic as his two biggest idols.
When a football star bursts onto the scene you begin to forget what football was like before them. In an instant they become indelible and ingrained in the avid supporters brain. Think of the likes of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. World-class talents burst onto the scene quickly. However perhaps no player has burst onto the scene as rapidly as Manchester United target Erling Braut Haland.
Ask someone a year ago if they knew who Erling Braut Haland was and they would furrow their eyebrows and scrunch up their eyes.
‘Who?’
They’d ask.

A year ago Erling Haland was yet to make his Red Bull Salzburg debut after making the move to the Austrian side from Molde in January.
The Norwegian was just another kid. He seemed completely and utterly ordinary.
Yet fast forward a year, and Erling Haland is now considered to be one of the deadliest forwards in the world and an extraordinary talent.
Much has happened in that span of a year. 9 goals in a single World Cup match, 8 goals in his first four Champions League games. A January move to Borussia Dortmund, snubbing the Red Devils in the process and scoring 12 goals in his first 11 games for the German outfit, including a hat-trick on his debut.
Erling Haland seems to have already established himself as one of the greats. At just 19 years of age he has netted a total of 40 goals in 33 games this season.
The bulky, tall and fast centre forward is a menacing figure on the pitch. He is a nightmare to play against. Blessed with great positional understanding, a powerful physical ability and a lethal shot guided with precision, he is the perfect all round striker.
It is no wonder, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Haland’s compatriot, is still desperate to lure the teenager to Old Trafford.
And Erling Haland might have just given Solskjaer a good omen for a potential move in the future, by naming two former United legends as his idols.
Speaking on a Q&A with Borussia Dortmund’s channel via the Metro, Erling Haland named Ronaldo and Ibrahimovic as his two idols.
The Norwegian forward said the following:
"“I cannot say one so I’ll say two: Cristiano Ronaldo and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.”"
In the future perhaps, Erling Haland will also don the Red Devils shirt just like Ibrahimovic and Ronaldo.
