Manchester United set to move for the ‘next Sergio Aguero’
By Bence Bocsak
According to the latest reports, Manchester United could be on the brink of making a move for a young star tipped to become the next Sergio Aguero.
The Argentine has often been the thorn in Manchester United’s side over the years. Sergio Aguero has a formidable record against the Red Devils. In 16 games, Aguero has netted 9 goals against United in the fierce derby matches since his arrival in Manchester.
The Argentine forward, is quick and nimble. His diminutive stature does not inhibit him from engaging in the tough physicality of the Premier League. Aguero has the ability to use his low centre of gravity to his advantage. There are shades of the greats in his style of play, the likes of Diego Maradona come to mind.
In front of goal, Aguero is deadly. One of the deadliest strikers to have graced the Premier League. His incredible record of 254 goals in 368 games for Manchester City is astonishing.

Of course he isn’t particularly a fan favourite on the red side of Manchester. But objectively speaking one has to respect the Argentine’s goalscoring prowess.
It’s exactly what Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is lacking in his current squad at the moment. And while prising Sergio Aguero away from the Etihad is an unfeasible prospect, the Red Devils could sign the heir to Aguero’s throne.
Joao Felix arrived at Atletico Madrid just like Sergio Aguero, as a young prospect. The fresh faced Portuguese forward even resembles a young Aguero with the shaggy black hair and a young looking face.
There are vestiges of Aguero in the way Joao Felix dribbles past his opponents. Joao Felix has the same low centre of gravity and the ability to deceive his opponents with cunning feints and dazzling dribbles.
Joao Felix is tipped to become one of the most exciting prospects in world football.
At just 20 years of age he is the current recipient of the Golden Boy award.
And it seems, Joao Felix’s evident talent has attracted Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as he seeks the appropriate attacking reinforcements at Old Trafford.
According to Le 10 Sport via Football 365 United are considering making a move for Joao Felix in the summer transfer window.
Do you think Joao Felix would be a good signing for United?
