Manchester United are eyeing yet another exciting forward

According to the latest reports, Manchester United could be set to make a move for this exciting forward in the summer transfer window.
Over the years, the Stretford End had their fair share of goal-machines to adore. Manchester United for the last three decades churned out some of the best forwards in the history of English football. Players who will remain indelible for centuries to come. From Eric Cantona, to Cristiano Ronaldo and Wayne Rooney.
The fans usually lapped them all up. It had become customary at Old Trafford to have a prolific goalscorer.
Yet as the club’s plight has sunk the club’s status, the world-class forwards have vanished from the Red Devils.

United are embarrassingly short of options in the forward department. Which is all the more ironic considering Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was a prolific striker himself during his time at Old Trafford.
In order for the Red Devils to succeed in the future and for the club to be able to compete with their arch rivals Manchester City and Liverpool, Solskjaer needs to discover his very own frontman to lead the line.
It’s clear the summer will be the perfect opportunity for the Norwegian to do exactly just that. United have been linked with the likes of Harry Kane, Moussa Dembele, Victor Osimhen and Erling Braut Haland so far.
And there has been another exciting talent added to the mix.
According to Italian outlet Tuttosport via Manchester Evening News, the Red Devils are considering making a move for Torino forward Andrea Belotti.
Andrea Belotti, who is an Italian international, has netted 15 times this season.
And the 26 year old has a formidable record at Torino having scored 85 goals in 179 games so far.
That is hugely impressive considering Torino are usually a mid-table or relegation fighting side.
Belotti is an outstanding finisher, he is deadly in the air, has pace to burn and possess a lethal shot.
The player who Andrea Belotti resembles the most is former Red Devils great Robin van Persie.
It’s why the Italian forward could be a smart addition by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in the summer.
Andrea Belotti could be a cheaper option than the previously mentioned names, meaning United will have funds left to sanction a move for Jadon Sancho.
