Brazilian star ‘dreams’ of signing for Manchester United

According to the latest reports this exciting young Brazilian star is ‘dreaming’ of a move to Manchester United in the future.
Brazil is a hotbed for footballing talent. The nation churns out some of the best footballers of every generation. The national team consistently competes for the World Cup. Some of the best clubs in Europe have had their fair share of Brazilian heroes. However, Manchester United are not one of them.
The Brazilian players who have graced the turf at Old Trafford in a Red Devils shirt have often been disappointing or below par. Think of the likes of Kleberson or Anderson.
Even in the current contingent, neither Fred or Andreas Pereira has fully impressed.

Yet in Brazil, despite the apparent Brazilian ‘curse’ at Old Trafford, young players still dream of signing for the Red Devils.
20 year old Brazilian footballer Tete is apparently the same. Speaking via Goal the Brazilian star revealed that he dreams of three clubs in Europe, ‘Barcelona, Manchester United and Liverpool.’
Tete who began his career for Gremio in Brazil before making the trip to Europe and Ukraine is regarded as a hot prospect at his current club Shakhtar Donetsk.
This season he impressed with a string of eye-catching performances in the Champions League group-stages, including against United’s rivals, Manchester City.
Tete is a diminutive, fast winger who’s playing style can be compared to Raheem Sterling. The Brazilian winger likes to run in behind the defence and penetrate the opposition’s goal in those areas.
He has already represented Brazil at U20 level making seven caps for his country.
The youngster is still just 20 years of age and he could be the best Brazilian prospect yet to have come through the ranks at Shakhtar. Tete is following suit of the likes of Douglas Costa, Willian, Fernandinho as well as United’s very own Fred who all represented Shakhtar Donetsk at the start of their career.
Considering Fred’s resurgence this season and the fact that United are seeking a winger at the moment, the Red Devils might just take a punt and make Tete’s dreams come true.
