According to the latest reports two new clubs have also entered the race to sign Paul Pogba from Manchester United in the summer transfer window.

Paul Pogba is a peculiar enigma. The Manchester United midfielder is regarded as one of the best midfielders in the world. His supreme talents have led Juventus to Serie A domination and his nation, France, to World Cup glory.

Pogba can dominate some of the best opposition and dictate the midfield with ease. His boisterous energy, and astute technical ability makes him a huge threat.

Yet, at Old Trafford, despite having not one, but two spells at the club, Pogba has never truly demonstrated his worth.

More from Red Devil Armada

During his first spell, Pogba was considered to be the brightest prospect at the academy in Carrington. However after not being given a chance to shine in the first team by Sir Alex Ferguson the Frenchman departed for pastures new.

At Juventus, Pogba proved his worth with distinction. The Frenchman put in some breathtaking performances in Turin.

Slowly and surely he developed into an elite prospect.

Inevitably, Paul Pogba would return to Old Trafford in the summer of 2016 making him one of the most expensive transfers in the club’s history.

Yet once again, Pogba could not cut it in a Red Devil shirt.

The Frenchman has struggled to settle. First under a rigid system employed by Jose Mourinho and now under a more free-flowing style of play deployed by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

This season in particular Paul Pogba has been bitterly disappointing and has spent much of the campaign stuck on the sidelines.

Pogba had gotten the itch to leave Old Trafford almost a year ago. His agent Mino Raiola is infamous for having a seductive impression on his clients. His alluring words can cajole some of the best players into wanting to make a new move.

And while Juventus and Real Madrid seemed to be the two clear candidates in the race for Pogba, it seems that according to 90min.com, two new teams have also entered the race for the French midfielder.

90min.com states that both Bayern Munich and Paris Saint Germain are ‘monitoring’ Pogba’s situation at United.

With such high profile interest, the Red Devils will not struggle to sell their star player.
