According to the latest reports, Manchester United are set to dealt yet another twist in the saga of Paul Pogba ahead of the summer transfer window.

The perpetual twist and turns between Manchester United and Paul Pogba is one which is arduous to follow. From one minute to the next the situation changes in the blink of an eye.

At times, reports purport that Paul Pogba is determined to stay at Old Trafford and other times he is destined to be on his way out and seeking pastures new.

It’s impossible to know for sure whether Pogba’s infamous super-agent Mino Raiola is behind any of the media shenanigans however the Italian born Dutchman certainly has a strong influence on the midfielder.

His cajoling words have been persuasive enough in the past and enchanting for some of the world’s biggest stars.

Paul Pogba seems to be the latest one who has succumbed to Raiola’s spell.

And while in the past few weeks it seemed that Pogba has had a change of heart and was considering staying at Old Trafford there has been yet another twist in the Frenchman’s saga.

French outlet L’Equipe via 90min.com has claimed that Paul Pogba is ready to go to ‘war’ with United to ensure he leaves the club in the summer.

With Paul Pogba still regarded as one of the best midfielders in the world, the Red Devils will have no shortage of suitors.

The likes of Real Madrid and Pogba’s former employers, Juventus are both thought to be extremely interested in the World Cup winning star.

And if Pogba is as desperate as it sounds to leave, United should give into his demands.

The midfielder hasn’t really clicked into gear since his return to Manchester. The Red Devils should sell Paul Pogba whilst he is still at a peak age where clubs will be willing to pay a hefty fee for his services.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be able to invest that money on an adequate replacement. Someone who is more suited to the Norwegian’s style of play. And more importantly, someone who will be committed to the club.
