People are eager to see football return. For many football is a means to escape. A means to delve into another world and forget about the banalities and anxieties of reality.
Premier League official are just as eager to see the football return to the screens as the fans. Otherwise they risk losing hundreds of millions of pounds in revenue.

However according to the latest reports that claim might be untrue.
According to the Daily Mail, the Premier League could return as early as the first weekend of May and it will be concluded by mid-July.
All the games will be played behind closed doors but talks are ongoing about the Premier League being able to broadcast every single match live.
The news will be relief to United supporters.
Of course, much is depended on the state of England and the way the crisis will escalate in the country within the coming weeks.
There will be concerns about the fitness of the players and how prepared they will be after almost two months out of action.
But if the news are true, it could mean that the Red Devils will have both Marcus Rashford and Paul Pogba available for the last and most crucial part of the season.
